BenchAGI, Inc. ("Bench") collects and processes data to operate the Service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. What We Collect

• Account information (name, email, company) you provide at signup.
• Workspace data (deals, customers, projects) you create in the Service.
• Operational logs from AI agent activity, kept for audit and reliability.
• Usage telemetry sufficient to operate, secure, and bill the Service.
• Payment metadata (Stripe customer ID, subscription state) — card numbers are stored by Stripe, not Bench.

2. How We Use It

• To operate and improve the Service.
• To bill subscriptions and process payments through Stripe.
• To provide AI agent capabilities you have explicitly enabled.
• To respond to support requests.

3. Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors necessary to provide the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, Anthropic / OpenAI for model inference). We do not sell your data.

4. Retention

We retain workspace data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to support reactivation and audit. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Your Choices

You can access, export, or request deletion of your data by contacting privacy@benchagi.com.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. The effective date above will be updated to reflect any change.
