The short version
- The Platform plan with the year paid up front is the one published price-lock term.
- It locks the rates on everything you buy and on your expansion for two years.
- The lock binds Bench, not you. You can leave anytime; it is not a two-year contract.
- Month-to-month has no published 12-month lock term.
What locks
The Platform plan is the annual path with the year paid up front. That purchase gets the two-year rate lock: the rates on everything bought and the rates for expansion stay held for two years. The agreement and checkout record the term that applies to your purchase, so the price you see is the price Bench is responsible for keeping.
What doesn't
The lock is Bench's promise about the rates attached to the Platform purchase and your expansion. It does not make you stay for two years, and it is not a refund window or a trial. Usage still follows its own pricing and terms.
What this isn't
It is not a month-to-month 12-month offer. The only published price-lock term requires the Platform plan with the year paid up front, and it binds Bench rather than you.
