The short version
- Setting up the Mac is a separate one-time $525 hour.
- Single maps how your work moves today. Guided closes one real deal with you.
- Intensive gets your named people running deals plus one recurring job. On-Site is the same work in your building.
- Unused hours carry forward.
Setup comes first
Before any Implementation session, the Mac has to be on and set up, and Fluid Voice has to be running on it. Fluid Voice is dictation, so you can talk to the agent instead of typing. Standing the Mac up is a separate one-time $525 charge. The first harness comes with your first agent; the $525 is the setup hour. If you add more Macs later, those are nodes and gateways, not a second Implementation plan.
The four plans
Implementation is the hours with a Bench specialist that get one real deal through Bench on your data. How many hours, and how hands-on, is the plan you pick.
| Plan | What you leave with |
|---|---|
| Single | we connect your CRM, map your stages, and make sure you can move a deal. |
| Guided | we close one real deal in Bench, on your data, with you. |
| Intensive | your named people are running deals, and one recurring job is set up. |
| On-Site | the same work, in your building. |
Self-Serve is Software without those hours. You can add Implementation later. Hours don't expire.
What a session looks like
A session is real work, not a tour. You hand the agent a measurement and get a priced estimate back with the math shown. Measurements don't flow in on their own; you hand one over. You move a live deal. We fix what's wrong in your setup while you watch.
What it's not
Implementation isn't another name for Software, and it isn't a week where we flip your whole company over. It's the onboarding you buy with the plan you choose.
Questions
Does setting up the Mac count as an Implementation session?
No. Setup is a separate one-time $525 charge. That hour doesn't come out of Single, Guided, or Intensive.
What's the difference between Single, Guided, and Intensive?
Single connects your CRM, maps your stages, and proves you can move a deal. Guided closes one real deal in Bench on your data. Intensive adds your named people running deals and one recurring job. On-Site does that work in your building.
Do unused hours expire?
No. They carry forward.
Can we start before the Mac is set up?
No. Sessions start after the Mac is on, set up, and running Fluid Voice.
