The main harness is an always-on Mac sized to the business: a Mac mini (M6, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD) for up to 5 people, a Mac mini (M5 Pro, 18-core, 48GB RAM, 1TB SSD) for 6 to 15 people, or a Mac Studio (M5 Max, 64–128GB RAM, 2–4TB SSD) for 16 to 30 people, two or more offices, six or more agents, or a mountain of job photos; 31 or more people on one central Mac get the 128GB/4TB configuration. MacBooks can join later as gateways — never as the always-on box.
