The short version
- The first call is about how work moves through your office today.
- We pick two jobs you already run every week and build those first.
- We use your words. You don't learn ours on the first call.
- Your CRM stays in the picture.
What the first call is
The first call is about your business, not ours. We ask how work moves through the office today. Who takes the lead, who inspects, what happens after the adjuster meeting, where the file sits when it stalls. By the end we've picked two jobs you already run every week. Say a hail claim and a retail reroof. Those two are what we build first.
Your words, not ours
If you say supplement, we say supplement. If you say cap-out, we say cap-out. We don't teach you Bench words on the first call. We write down yours and put them on the board.
What the next meeting is
The next meeting is those two jobs, on the board, moving. Not a slide deck about how Bench works. Not a tour of the Mac and six agents. You should look at the screen and see your business in about two seconds. If you have to be told what you're looking at, we did it wrong.
Your CRM stays in the picture
If AccuLynx, Roofr, or JobNimbus is where your jobs live today, it stays. The agents run next to it. We're not going to spend the first call telling you the software you already bought was a mistake.
Questions
How many jobs do you map on the first call?
Two. Yours, in your words. The next meeting shows those two on the board.
Do you show the Mac on the first call?
No. The Mac, the agents, and Fuel come later. The first call is your work, not our kit.
What if we already use AccuLynx?
It stays. The agents run next to it. We're not going to tell you the software you already bought was a mistake.
