Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bench (the "Service"), operated by BenchAGI, Inc. By signing the Bench Master Services Agreement at checkout or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service

Bench provides AI agent infrastructure for trade businesses. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis to the payment method you provide.

2. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected at checkout (monthly or annual). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You can manage subscription state from your Billing Hub.

3. AI Agent Use

AI agents act on behalf of authorized users at your workspace. All agent activity is logged and auditable. You are responsible for the actions taken by users you authorize.

4. Data

Your data is processed under our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your customer and operations data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or interfere with the Service's operation.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
