What Ember does
Ember is the field's voice. She fires off the morning briefing every day before reps roll out — territory assignments, weather, yesterday's wins, the leaderboard — and she's the first to respond when a rep gets stuck on something out there.
She also runs the gamification layer. Activity rolls into XP, XP rolls into rank, rank rolls into team challenges that everyone can see. The point isn't the leaderboard — it's that the rep who knocked sixty doors today walks home knowing it counted, and the manager who wants to coach the slumping rep can see exactly who needs the call.
She talks like a quest-giver and her voice is field-internal — she doesn't speak to homeowners. Pair her with Cole on the deal-intake handoff and with Aurelius on territory rotation between storms.
